Inspiration for Lulupu monthly challenge #9 Splash of colors

I know i am sharing my post a little late , this is what i have designed as an inspiration for lulupu challenge #9 Splash of Colors.

here is my inspiration ..

Its a super inky bacground and the twist with the challenge was to use your punches innovatively. So i decided to make this cute lil bloom using martha stewart punch Monarch butterfly . Looks cute what say ??

Distressed Envelopes !!

Hello Friends ,

Its a quick post ! tda .. i am sharing two envelopes which i made on order . She really liked one my card  SUNSHINE YELLOW and she wanted me to make an envelope like the card .

here's the envelope

the background is stamped and inked using distress inks . Oh i am so much in love these inks ...

       Sorry for the bad pictures , i am really bad one it comes on clicking pictures .

                              yellow and pink flowers are handmade and distressed .


Supplies used :-
Distress inks - peeled paint , walnut stain , picked raspberry , vintage photo my all time fav.
Sentiment is from fiskars Wish 
MS pine branch punch 
stamps- Hero arts antique background cling stamp and tim holtz grunge stamp set
flat pearls, stone

Vintage Tag !!

Hello Friends ..

Again starting with an apology , i am always late in updating and posting my work . My college re- opened few days back , and i am still struggling to catch up with my classes ... but i am super happy as this is my last semester and after that i will be graduated ( ooops MBA, lol ). Now i wont be able to spend much time with my craft stuff, but have few projects  to share with you all. stay tuned !!

Now coming over today's post ,  I have made this TAG which i wanted to share with you all. I have never tried my hands on it , so this is my first attempt . I call it a VINTAGE TAG !! 

tda .. here my tag !! I have made this bag to hold the tag in it . what say ?? 

Love these bags , with acetate window .. show off huhh .. :P 

It was fun doing this and i really had amazing time making my first tag .. yeeyyy . I really loved the whole project the way it came out .

Sunshine Yellow !!

Hello ..

Today i am sharing a card with you all that i have just finished few hours ago . I  care to call it " SUNSHINE YELLOW "(lol). 

Here's  the card ..   

Can you see the background ? i just loved it. There is loads of distressing and stamping done on the background .

The big yellow flower is  handmade and added a silver stone in the center . Butterfly i have cut out from one of my card ( it was a waste , was trying something with embossing :P ) .

In love with Distress Inks

Hello ..... 

How are you all doing ...  Its been really long long long time i crafted anything i was busy writing my exam papers which were totally a mess . So finally they are over and i really don't know what i wrote in those sheets but seriously i missed alot alot my craft desk my craft stuff etc etc .... 
Well i treid something new ( like for me its new ) with distress inks and in love with these gorgeous and super cool inks, it totally gives a new definition to your papers <3 
i guess enough of writing now let me show what i came up with '... these are very simple cards with loads of inks ....

                                                                                                                                                                      

i have used distress inks , stamps and heat embossing and i really liked the way it came out .you really don't need those etra embellishments to make cards you can even make gorgeous cards just with some inks and stamps what say .....

i have stamped these cute lil butterflies and heat set these .... on the back ground 

and same for this card used loads of inks and heat set these damask stamp and the butterfly as well ..and for this card i have used the TCW Stencil to make  that background 

i really like these butterflies

Distress inks - Broken china . mustard yellow , spice marmalad, black soot , vintage photo , fried brick ,peeled paint 

Stamps - kaisercarft ( brick stamp really don't know the excat name ), friends definition hero arts cling stamp , sentiments are from kaisecraft and fiskars and the butterflies stampendous

versamark ink,, ranger embossing powders - black and gold

My first GDT post for LULUPU ....

HELLO 

Firstly I would like to thank Karuna (di ) and the entire Lulupu Team for giving me an opportunity  .... this is my first ever GD post ... my first ever scrapbook layout (12x12) and since this was my first scrapbook layout i was after karuna (di ) with so many doubts and questions and as always she was so nice to me :)

The challenge was to create a scrapbook layout ( i was like its easy i can do it :) ) , Theme - Time of my life ( NO idea- what will i do  ) and finally minimal use of ready to use embellishment ( hmmmm ??- now what :P ) . my fav month of the year - NOVEMBER ( I knw)

After spendding days in thinking what should i make i came up with this ... last month it was my bday and i was jus refreshing my memories by turning the pages of my album and i cam across this picture me (red color dress) and my friend , it was clicked on my bday when i turned 12 .. so here is my lilttle inspiration for lulupu challenge #7 

well there so much to this layout . First of all i have used a MS deco shell border punch to cut my scrapbook paper ,pps used is HELLO SUNSHINE FROM GRANT ARCHIVAL GRACE TAYLOR from LULUPU .. then i have done layreing ,distressing , stamping on the paper .

i have tried some cross stiching as well .. and heat embossed the weathered clock from tim holtz ( loved the effect) 

now coming over to embellishment part ... i have used the pp from same collection stamped , punched out the flowers and distress the edges , leaves as well . for rosette i have used a plain red color cardstock punch the edges with MS doily punch .. for flowers i have used flat pearls as well..
